Plenty of restaurants are jumping the "Bloody Mary Bar" band wagon. And the reason is simple, everyone loves it. Now that people are getting use to this trend it is your job to one up the last Bloody Mary Bar you've been too. How to make your Bloody Mary Bar the best your guests have every come across? A homemade batch of Bloody Mary mix and an insane, funky, assortment of toppings. Homemade Bloody Mary Mix 3 cups (24 ounces) tomato juice 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 1 medium lemon) 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 2 medium limes) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons peeled and finely grated fresh horseradish 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco 1 teaspoon celery salt 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper *OR      You can buy remade Bloody Mary Mix Other Ingredients       Vodka (Your choice)       Ice       Toothpic...

Brigadeiro?? Delicious chocolate Bon Bons!

Are you tired of the same old cookies for dessert? Make something new and surpass your friends at the next tailgate part! Brigadeiro is very simple to make, all you need is: 1 Tea Spoon of Butter 3 Table Spoons of Powdered Chocolate 1 Can of Condesced Milk 1 Egg Yoke Chocolate Sprinkles Mix them together and it should look like this! Instructions: Now for the fun part, let it cool on the pot for 1 hour, then spread butter on your hands. You will pick up a small amount of chocolate from the pot (approximately the size of a ping pong ball). Then you will roll the chocolate up into the shape of a ball. All you have left is to cover the bonbon with chocolate sprinkles and you are good to go.  Cook to impress and have fun tailgating! 

Potato Wedges

Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes Total Time: 20 Minutes Servings: 12 Ingredients 3   large russet potatoes 2   tbsp   olive oil 1   cup   shredded cheddar cheese 1/2   cup   bacon bits   or cooked & roughly chopped bacon 1/4   cup   chives salt/pepper to taste Instructions Wash potatoes & cut each into 4 wedges Cut out most of the inner part of the potato Place potatoes in a shallow microwave safe dish & microwave uncovered 10 minutes (or until tender) Remove & brush both sides of each wedge with olive oil & place on a baking sheet Sprinkle with salt & pepper & top with cheese, bacon & chives Broil in oven approx 5 minutes or until cheese is melted 20 Minute Potato Wedges
