Plenty of restaurants are jumping the "Bloody Mary Bar" band wagon. And the reason is simple, everyone loves it. Now that people are getting use to this trend it is your job to one up the last Bloody Mary Bar you've been too. How to make your Bloody Mary Bar the best your guests have every come across? A homemade batch of Bloody Mary mix and an insane, funky, assortment of toppings. Brigadeiro?? Delicious chocolate Bon Bons!

Are you tired of the same old cookies for dessert? Make something new and surpass your friends at the next tailgate part! Brigadeiro is very simple to make, all you need is: 1 Tea Spoon of Butter 3 Table Spoons of Powdered Chocolate 1 Can of Condesced Milk 1 Egg Yoke Chocolate Sprinkles Mix them together and it should look like this! Instructions: Now for the fun part, let it cool on the pot for 1 hour, then spread butter on your hands. You will pick up a small amount of chocolate from the pot (approximately the size of a ping pong ball). Then you will roll the chocolate up into the shape of a ball. All you have left is to cover the bonbon with chocolate sprinkles and you are good to go.  Cook to impress and have fun tailgating! 

Potato Wedges

Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes Total Time: 20 Minutes Servings: 12 Ingredients 3   large russet potatoes 2   tbsp   olive oil 1   cup   shredded cheddar cheese 1/2   cup   bacon bits   or cooked & roughly chopped bacon 1/4   cup   chives salt/pepper to taste Instructions Wash potatoes & cut each into 4 wedges Cut out most of the inner part of the potato Place potatoes in a shallow microwave safe dish & microwave uncovered 10 minutes (or until tender) Remove & brush both sides of each wedge with olive oil & place on a baking sheet Sprinkle with salt & pepper & top with cheese, bacon & chives Broil in oven approx 5 minutes or until cheese is melted 20 Minute Potato Wedges

Super Bowl Nacho Bar

The Naco Bar is easy, fun, and super popular with everyone. It is a great idea for any party.  INGREDIENTS Nacho cheese ingredients- 2 pound box original velveeta cheese 1 cup mild La Victoria taco sauce 1 cup sour cream milk for thinning (OR buy a giant can of Nacho Cheese) Other ingredients- 2 large bags of tortilla chips 2 pounds ground beef, cooked and seasoned 1 jar salsa 3-4 tomatoes chopped 1 jar jalapeno slices 2 bunches of green onions, sliced 16 ounces sour cream 2-3 small cans of sliced black olives INSTRUCTIONS Cube the velveeta, put in slow cooker with 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of taco sauce. Cook on high for 1½ to 2 hours, stir often. Add milk to thin. You don't want the cheese to be gloppy. I kept the cheese on high during the party, so the cheese would stay thinned out, stir often, and keep adding milk if the cheese thickens. Football Deviled Eggs!

Ingredients:  6 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt pinch of pepper green onions How to Prepare: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let stand for about 15 minutes.  Pour off the hot water and rapidly cool eggs by running them under cold water (or place in ice water) until completely cooled.  Peel the eggs and cut them in half, and place the yolks in a bowl. Reserve the whites on a serving tray. Mix the mayonnaise, dried mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper into the yolks. Spoon about 1 tablespoon into each egg white half. A Sweet, Salty, Crunchy Treat

One of the easiest and tastiest treats you can pack for your tailgate party! All you need is 3 ingredients!      - Pretzel Snaps      - Rollo Chocolate      - M&M Chocolate Instructions Place pretzel snaps on a lined or nonstick baking sheet. Put one Rollo on each pretzel snap. Place baking sheet in a 300 degree oven for 2-3 minutes. You want the rollo to be melted enough so that you can press an M&M into it.  Once you remove your pretzel bites from the oven, you want to gently push one M&M to each Rollo.  Place pretzel bites in the fridge until your ready to serve!

Football Puppy Chow Ingredients: GREEN PUPPY CHOW 4 cups chex cereal 1 cup green candy melts  1/2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup powdered sugar BROWN PUPPY CHOW 4 cups chex cereal 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup powdered sugar ADD INS Football almonds - whole almonds and small batch of royal icing: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp meringue powder 1/2 tbsp water White m&ms Directions: TO MAKE THE ROYAL ICING Combine the powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water in a mixing bowl and mix until the icing has a matte appearance, about 2 minutes. You may need to add a little more water to get the right consistency. You don’t want the icing to be runny, but have a thicker consistency, but you don’t want it to be too thick where you can’t get it out of the squeeze bottle.
