Whoops!



It's finally the day all football fans have been waiting for. The Super Bowl!!! While you may not be one for watching the game, planning the party is your cup of tea. Everything is set from the finger food entrees to cupcake desserts but you forget one thing that every super bowl party requires... the dip! This recipe is not only super yummy but very quick and easy to make. So don't sweat if you forgot the dip, because this recipe will have all your guests drooling in no time!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb pepperjack cheese
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream
  • 1 10oz can original Rotel tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • ¾ cup whole milk (if needed)
  • *optional*
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Football Deviled Eggs!

Ingredients:  6 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt pinch of pepper green onions How to Prepare: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let stand for about 15 minutes.  Pour off the hot water and rapidly cool eggs by running them under cold water (or place in ice water) until completely cooled.  Peel the eggs and cut them in half, and place the yolks in a bowl. Reserve the whites on a serving tray. Mix the mayonnaise, dried mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper into the yolks. Spoon about 1 tablespoon into each egg white half.
