What Makes A Super Bowl Party?



When people first think of Super Bowl parties, their first thought would be the beer that would be there. Then the second is of course, the wings! There's nothing worse then going to a Football party when there aren't any wings. This recipe is the perfect finishing touch for any Sunday football party, that will have every guest begging for more. Our own creation for this recipe will show the break down on how to make these addicting wings! Win the guests and the game!

Ingredients 
  • 20 chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 chipotle pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. for the honey chipotle sauce
  2. Add the ketchup, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, lime juice and mustard to a medium-sized sauce pan.
  3. Stir in the onions, salt, pepper, brown sugar and honey, and cook on medium heat until warm.
  4. Turn heat to low, cover and keep warm until ready to use.
  5. for the wings
  6. Arrange the chicken wings on a foil-lined baking sheet, and pat with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  8. Brush with chipotle barbecue sauce and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until temperature reads at least 160 degrees.
  9. Remove from oven, and grill on low heat for about 5 minutes, turning once.
  10. Brush with more barbecue sauce, remove from grill, and serve.

Football Deviled Eggs!

Ingredients:  6 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt pinch of pepper green onions How to Prepare: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let stand for about 15 minutes.  Pour off the hot water and rapidly cool eggs by running them under cold water (or place in ice water) until completely cooled.  Peel the eggs and cut them in half, and place the yolks in a bowl. Reserve the whites on a serving tray. Mix the mayonnaise, dried mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper into the yolks. Spoon about 1 tablespoon into each egg white half. Add thinly sliced green onion to resemble the stitching on a football. Refrigerate until serving. Football Deviled Eggs
