Football Puppy Chow Ingredients: GREEN PUPPY CHOW 4 cups chex cereal 1 cup green candy melts  1/2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup powdered sugar BROWN PUPPY CHOW 4 cups chex cereal 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup powdered sugar ADD INS Football almonds - whole almonds and small batch of royal icing: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp meringue powder 1/2 tbsp water White m&ms Directions: TO MAKE THE ROYAL ICING Combine the powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water in a mixing bowl and mix until the icing has a matte appearance, about 2 minutes. You may need to add a little more water to get the right consistency.
